Summer is here in Colorado and man, did we go from cold/rainy (with random snow sprinkled in) to HOT HOT HOT. It's already high 80s this first week of June. Don't get me wrong, I'll take the hot any day over cold and snowy, but I at least wanted to see some what of a "spring" season!
With that being said, the hot summer can sometimes be a little rough on our products. We strive for our products to be made with minimal, "cleaner" ingredients, which often means you aren't going to find the fillers you may find in some bigger box company's products. Some of our products just aren't meant to be outside in the hot summer heat for extended period of time.
These products are happy and do their best in your nice cool house ;) For one, some of the products may just melt. It's bound to happen in hot weather and no one likes an oily mess! But more importantly, the products that contain water and/or come in contact with water have a preservative in them that "dies" when the temperature exceeds 122*.

- Body Butter
- Lip Scrub
- Body Creme
We're attending a lot of outdoor events this year, yay! For the longer day events, we'll be offering to hang onto orders in our coolers to keep your products protected while you shop. We'll also be offering pick-up and delivery, like usual, to our local customers.
If you happen to be overly prepared like we are, and always have cooler bags in your car, even better! That's a great way to keep your products protected from the heat in your vehicle while you are out shopping and enjoying civilization again LOL
So worst case scenario, what happens when your Body Polish, Body Butter, or Lip Scrub melt? Don't fret over it! Pop the jar in the fridge and allow the butters/oils to harden back up. You can even give it a quick stir if needed.
