We understand that as a small business, you want flexibility. We offer affordable case minimums to help you get started and scale your product offerings.
Private Labeling
We offer affordable case minimums based on each product type (e.g., Body Crème, Bath Bombs). You can start small and scale your brand as needed.
There is a $150 opening order and $100 reorder minimum. Case size will vary by product for private labeling. Cases are per fragrance (e.g. 10 bottles of 1 scent only).
The average turnaround time (TAT) is 15-21 days. This provides us ample time to schedule the manufacturing of your products as well as finalize labels.
Advanced Customization may require a longer TAT. At the time of consultation, we will provide an estimated shipping date.
At this time, we do not offer sample sizes. All orders must meet the minimum order quantity per product. However, we are happy to discuss your needs and help you select the best products for your brand.
Our Classic Brush Stroke & Script Font and Modern Minimalist with Subtle Brush Stroke labels are included in your private label case pricing.
If you choose Advanced Customization for specific label designs or ingredients, a consultation will be arranged to discuss the additional costs.
Our Signature Scents are exclusive to Simply Stated Bath & Body products and cannot be used for private labeling. These fragrances are an essential part of our brand and are only available through our direct retail channels. Here’s a list of our Signature Scents:

We regularly refresh our available scent list with limited-edition fragrances and seasonal options. Retired seasonal scents may be made available for private labeling after they retire from our brand’s catalog.
No, our Simply Stated branded label is exclusive to our products and will not be available for private labeling. However, you can choose from our Classic Brush Stroke & Script Font or Modern Minimalist with Subtle Brush Stroke labels, or request advanced customizations for your label design.
Yes, we require your logo, company name, and contact information (e.g., website, social media links) to create your custom label. Please send these details to wholesale@simplystatedcreations.com when placing your order.
