When enough points have been accumulated to be redeemed, your account will unlock the appropriate reward. Click "Redeem" to get your unique discount code to be used at checkout. The code will appear in the screen of the Pamper Points screen but will also be emailed to you. The code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.

In the event you redeem 1 of multiple available rewards, the other rewards may be locked again due to not enough points to unlock them.

Yes, as soon as the reward is redeemed, the members points balance is adjusted accordingly.

No, only one reward can be redeemed at a time. To ensure fairness and effectively manage promotions, we do not allow reward points to be combined with other discounts or special offers. Additionally, please note that discount codes cannot be applied to bundles, subscriptions, or used in conjunction with other promotions. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best value and service to all our customers.

No, reward discounts codes are unique and available for one time use.

No, your points and discount codes don't expire! We keep them active so you can use them whenever you choose. However, we encourage you to use your points regularly to make the most of your Bath Perks and enjoy continuous savings on your favorite products. There’s always something new and exciting to redeem, so don’t wait too long to treat yourself!

Any redeemed, unused, codes will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.

Absolutely! While our wholesale customers do receive points for their purchases, currently, points cannot be directly redeemed through our wholesale portal or third-party platforms like Faire or Hubventory due to system limitations. However, we're happy to honor your points. For wholesale orders, $5 off can be redeemed for orders of $100 or more, and $10 off for orders of $150 or more. Please email us directly at wholesale@simplystatedcreations.com with your order and mention your reward, and we'll apply your discount manually.

Please note, as part of our recent program update effective August 27, 2024, ongoing point accumulation will require a store account. Points earned previously as a guest will remain valid and can be used as described, but to continue accumulating points and enjoying rewards, please ensure you register for a store account.
