We love to reward our customers for supporting small business! Our loyalty rewards program is the perfect way to earn points and discounts. When a member has earned enough points, they can spend them to redeem a reward or save their points up towards a reward at a higher points cost.
FAQ
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is so easy! Click on the green "Check Rewards" button in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. From there you can create an account and start earning point immediately!
How do I earn points?
There's so many ways to earn points! Each purchase will earn you points (5 points per $1 spent). But you can also earn points by creating your account, signing up for birthday rewards, following us on social media, making a referral, or leaving a product review.
How do I know when my points are ready to be redeemed?
When enough points have been accumulated to be redeemed, your account will unlock the appropriate reward. Click "Redeem" to get your unique discount code to be used at checkout. In the event you redeem 1 of multiple available rewards, the other rewards may be locked again due to not enough points to unlock them.
Do my points get taken away from my balance when I redeem a reward?
Yes, as soon as the reward is redeemed, the members points balance is adjusted accordingly.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
No, unfortunately you cannot. This is set by Shopify to prevent code stacking. Also, rewards cannot be combine with any other promotion or discount.
Can I redeem my discount code more than once?
No, reward discounts codes are unique and available for one time use.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity and will be reset to 0, meaning the customer hasn't earned or spent points in that 6 month timeframe. An email reminder will be sent out 30 days prior and 1 day prior to points expiring.
Do my unique discount codes expire?
Yes, certain discount codes will have specific expiration dates on them. Please refer to the email and/or terms of the coupons.
Are there any exclusions when I redeem my discount codes?
Yes, not every product will be applicable for discount codes. Bundles and any other promotions cannot be stacked with discount codes.
