Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products, all sales are final until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Damaged Items/Missing or Stolen Packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once we receive the damaged item, we will process your refund.
Should your package go missing please contact us with your order number so we can process your claim. Due to the challenging nature of shipping during a global pandemic, we are not liable for stolen or missing packages.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@simplystatedcreations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Any refunds due to errors on our part, will be handled in the form of Store Credit, Item Replacement or Payment Refund, at our discretion.
