Simply Stated Markets are juried, seasonal events that bring together handmade makers, artisan vendors, boutique businesses, and local food right here in Fort Morgan, CO.

We keep our vendor lineup intentional — no overlap, no filler — so the people who shop with us know they're going to find something worth buying. That reputation is what keeps them coming back season after season.

Vendor FAQ

Products

We prioritize creative, handmade goods. Accepted categories include home décor, vintage items, one-of-a-kind art, hand-sewn goods, and more. Each market is juried, and a maximum of 2 vendors per category will be accepted. Unaccepted vendors will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if a space opens.

Note: We are limiting mass-produced items and direct sales/commercial businesses.

Deadlines and Notifications

  • Application Release: Jury Forms will become available in January, with specific deadlines for each market.
  • Vendor Selection: Vendors will be notified of their status within two weeks of submitting their application.
  • Payment: Accepted vendors must pay booth fees upon acceptance. All booth fees are non-refundable once vendor selection is confirmed.

Advertising, Marketing and Promotion

Simply Stated promotes each market through social media (Facebook, Instagram, website) and local advertising (flyers, newspapers). Accepted vendors will also receive promotional flyers and postcards to share with their customers.

Event Space

Venue: The Block: Commissary Kitchen & Events – Fort Morgan, CO (see map below).

  • Amenities: Indoor bathrooms and a seating area for customers and vendors.
  • WiFi: Available for vendors; password provided at check-in.
  • Electricity: Available upon request; additional fees may apply. Vendors must bring their own extension cords.

Booth Requirements & Guidelines

  • Signage: Vendors should display a sign with their business name.
  • Setup: Curate an attractive, inviting booth space.
  • Outdoor Booths: Must provide a tent with appropriate weights.
  • Trailers & Food Trucks: Will be parked in designated areas.
  • Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must be ready by 8:45 AM. Early breakdown before 2 PM is not permitted.

Booth Assignments: Booth locations, load-in/load-out details, and final instructions will be emailed the week of the market. Watch for emails from simplystatedmarkets@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

All booth fees are non-refundable once vendor selection is confirmed. Please plan accordingly before completing your application.

In the event of a market cancellation due to extreme weather, Simply Stated Markets will make every effort to reschedule. Vendor booth fees will be transferred to the new date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue refunds for booth fees.

If an unexpected executive order or government mandate requires us to cancel the market, vendor booth fees will be refunded in full.
