What is your average turn-around time?

Our team strives to be timely not only in its communication, but in shipping as well as launching seasonal products.
TAT: 10-14 days from date of payment

Is there a minimum order for wholesale accounts?

There is a $150 opening order and $100 reorder minimum. Case size will vary by product for wholesale, but we try to keep them at 2-3 items each to provide enough inventory for your display and variety for the customer.

What tips do you have for properly handling the products?

Store in a cool location: For longest shelf life, do not store products in hot areas. Room temperature is best for maintaining the effectiveness of preservatives. In the event you feel products are too soft or melty, we recommend placing in the refrigerator to set back up.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Direct sunlight can fade or discolor products, especially bath bombs. Labels can also discolor from direct sunlight (i.e. placed in a window display)

Is there a shelf-life on the products?

Shelf life is typically 12-18 months of all products. Due to the products being made with fresh, organic butters and oils, you can prolong the shelf life by storing in a cool, dark location.

Also, many fragrances contain vanilla as a component. Over time, products may brown or discolor. We use a stabilizer to help slow the process. As browning or discoloring naturally occurs, the product is still safe to use but appearance-wise, this may affect its life on your store's display shelf.
