We offer a mix of Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order products. Pre-order products may show as 0 or negative inventory, but don’t worry — they are available for purchase during the preorder period. Shipping and Invoice Details

Our shipping schedules are updated based on seasonal needs. For preorder items, shipping will start on the release date (e.g., March 3rd). Invoices are sent directly after orders and need to be paid within 24 hours to guarantee inventory. For shipping rates, we’ve updated our tiers as of February 3, 2025.

How do I get started with Simply Stated Bath & Body on SyncLogic?

To get started, you’ll need to create a wholesale account on our website, which provides us with your business details. After that, use the SyncLogic connection code (9B96TJ6F) to link your store. Once your connection is approved, you can start placing orders. Please view the instructions before connecting.

What products are available through SyncLogic?

Our Signature Line products (such as Body Cremes, Hand Soaps, and Bath Bombs) are available year-round through SyncLogic. Seasonal collections will be available for a limited time, and any remaining inventory from preorder products will be marked as Ready-to-Ship once fulfilled. Please refer to the Google spreadsheet for an updated list of available products.

Why does the inventory for some products show as 0 or negative?

For Made-to-Order products like Roller Bottles, Body Oils, and Hand Soaps, inventory may show as 0 or negative, but these products are always available for sale and will be fulfilled as soon as the order is placed. Similarly, for Pre-order products, the inventory will appear as 0 or negative during the preorder period, but they will ship once the release date is reached. Check the Google spreadsheet for more details.

What if I want to modify product descriptions and ingredients?

Since our Shopify theme uses meta fields for product details (like ingredients and usage), these won’t transfer via the SyncLogic connection. We’ve created a Google spreadsheet that contains all relevant product information (including ingredients, how to use, etc.) that you can use to update your product descriptions accordingly.

How does the shipping work for SyncLogic orders?

Shipping is done in tiers based on the weight of the order. For preorder items, shipping will start on the official release date. We ship on Mondays during the summer and fall to avoid heat-related issues.

Invoices are created automatically once a customer places an order, and payment is required within 24 hours to ensure the order is processed and inventory is secured.

Can I offer private label products through SyncLogic?

At this time, we are only offering our Signature Line and Seasonal Collections through SyncLogic. Our Private Label offerings are not available via the SyncLogic connection, but we encourage you to explore our private label page for additional product customization options.

What is Shopify Collective and why is Simply Stated not part of it yet?

Currently, we are on the waitlist for Shopify Collective as a new supplier and do not have an estimated time for when we will be onboarded. We’ll be sure to update our wholesale partners once we are approved and have more details to share. In the meantime, you can continue to place orders through the SyncLogic app.
