FAQs

** Will my package arrive in time for the holidays? **

We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered by a specific date as we have no control over shipping carrier’s transit time. Please consider this when making your purchase. In-house processing time is generally 1-3 days prior to your package moving along to the shipping carrier.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship all packages via USPS. While we strive to ship your order within 3 business days (M-F), we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Shipping costs are determined by both the package weight and the delivery location. Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Your confirmation email contains a link to track your package. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot modify details pertaining to your order. Please contact USPS for more information if your package hasn’t arrived. For more information regarding our shipping policy, please refer to the policy here

I entered the wrong address at check out. Can I change it?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once your order has been placed. We are not responsible for shipping a package to an address that was incorrectly entered at check out. Please double-check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

Can I add to my order if I already paid?

Orders cannot be edited after the order has been placed. We can only cancel your order if it has not already shipped. Please email or call if you need to cancel your order. We cannot combine orders or shipping charges.

Where do I enter my gift card or discount code?

Once in the payment screen, you will see a box on the right side above your subtotal. Enter your gift card or discount code in the box and click “apply.” If you have a gift card amount that is small that your total, your remaining total will be shown. You can then enter your payment information for the remaining balance.

Why didn’t my discount code apply to all items?

Some items are already discounted and are not eligible for rewards discounts:

  • Gift cards, subscription boxes, bundles/sales/clearance items.

Why can’t I combine discount codes?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined. Our ecommerce platform limits discount codes to one discount per transaction.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation / fulfillment email for my order?

Our email address, sales@simplystatedcreations.com, is frequently determined to be spam by email servers. Please take a peek in your spam or junk folder and see if we’re hanging out in there. By adding us to your contact list, future email should arrive directly in your inbox. Don’t see us in your spam folder? Please double check your email address on your account. Feel free to contact us via email if you need us to resend your confirmation or fulfillment email.

My order arrived damaged:

Please email us photos of the shipping package and all contents. Keep all original packaging, including packing materials, unless you have heard back from us. To learn more about damages and issues, please read our Refund policy here

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products, all sales are final until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding. To learn more about refunds, please read our Refund policy here

Why isn’t my container full?

Our containers are filled according to net weight, rather than volume. Labels indicate the total fluid ounces or weight of the product inside the container. Design and weight may vary slightly from batch to batch as well. This is common in small batch soap and bath product making. Additionally, products may soften and shift during shipping in warmer climates. Products that we do not feel will ship without damage will be noted within the product description.

Why is my product changing color?

Some fragrance oils contain vanillin or other ingredients that gradually cause the color in our products to change over time. They may become darker or turn a light shade of brown, however, the product quality is not diminished and is still safe to use. Due to the nature of handmade products, please allow for slight variation in coloring.

Will your bath bombs dye my skin or bathtub? Is it still good if it arrives broken?

Our bath bombs may contain FD&C lakes and dyes. Please note that these will stain your hands if you directly handle the bath bombs while they dissolve, however, they will not stain a clean bathtub or skin once dissolved. While we pride ourselves on packing your order in a manner that protects each product, a broken bath bomb is sometimes a casualty of shipping. Rest assured, it will still perform as expected.
