Have questions before continuing down the wholesale path? 

Eligibility: The retailer needs to be a business and recognized as such by the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. A copy of the sales tax license needs to be provided when opening the wholesale account. The wholesale registration form will ask for tax number, but we'll also require a copy of the sales tax/resale license to be emailed for our records as well. 

Minimums: Opening orders are $150 with a reorder of $100, this is applied to the entire cart. Products can be mixed and matched to meet the minimum requirements. 

Payment: Orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable after the 24 hour cancellation window. In the event the order is cancelled within 24 hours from being placed, then we will refund less 10% cancellation fee (i.e. $100 payment would be refunded at $90). 

Order fulfillment: Fulfillment will begin once the payment has been received. In the case of private label and/or custom orders, please allow 7-10 business days to complete production and packaging. We reserve the right to extend this period if needed. 

Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS, and in some instances we do use USPS Priority Mail. Rates are shown at the time of checkout. Larger wholesale orders that weigh over 16 lbs will have shipping invoices emailed separately. This is to ensure we are using the most cost-effective rates for you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information. 

Returns and Refunds: Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information. Returns and refunds for wholesale accounts will only apply to damaged items. We cannot accept returns on custom items, but we will review on a case-by-case basis to determine how we can remedy the situation. 

Cancellation Policy: Orders should be cancelled within 24 hours from the time they are placed. 

Restrictions: Items cannot be resold through marketplaces like Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, etc. Items should be resold in brick and mortar store, or the wholesaler must own a website. 

Manufacturing Suggested Retail Price (MSRP): Each product will have a designated MSRP for the wholesaler to use as a guideline. The retail price is ultimately up to the retailer and their own pricing methodology.

For best results and to keep freshness, majority of our products should be used within 6 months of purchasing.

Bath bombs do not necessarily have a “shelf life”, as they will always perform the same, however, fragrance strength may diminish over time. DO NOT expose your bath bombs to high temperature, humidity or direct sunlight. This will cause unwanted moisture residue, condensation, or fading of colorants.
